Return Window
You may request a return with in 7 days of receiving your EasyTouch+ device. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
- The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories included.
- Our technical team will inspect the device to confirm the defect before approving the return.
Non-eligible Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Accuracy concerns resulting from non-calibration or not following usage guidelines.
- Devices that show physical damage, mishandling, or missing parts/accessories.
- Products requested for return beyond the 7-day return period.
Accuracy & Usage Support
Please note that EasyTouch+ is a regulated and approved medical device. Its accuracy depends on correct calibration and adherence to usage guidelines.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@agatsa.com.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds (manufacturing defect only) will be processed to your original payment method with in 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at info@agatsa.com.
